Park Station Apartments

Poor Management Team/Bad Customer Service From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   My husband and I have lived in Park Station for a year. Although our experience in the actual apartment has not been that bad, we have been extremely frustrated with how management is run. In a nutshell, the staff at Park Station is solely concerned for the welfare of Park Station, rather than its tenants. Don't attempt to ask them to bend on ANY policy, no matter how small the matter or how justified your reasons. The staff are annoying sticklers for the rules and their "policies." Pool hours are horrible and you have to pay an extra $5/day dollars for visitors. Although the leasing office excepts packages, they do not accept "large packages." On most occasions, we have had to pick-up our packages at the Post Office or UPS. We strongly agree with previous bad reviews of this community, which comment on how the staff is described as "snobby" and we would add not very accommodating.
