Park Station Apartments

Unethical Mgt. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/23/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I was scheduled to move there and due to a last minute transfer ended up leasing a weekend in the apt, and physically 3 hours there actually in the apt. I understand that I signed a lease and was fully expecting to forgo first mos rent and knew they could possibly hold me liable for year lease. Was relieved when they said they wouldn't since I was only in apt for one afternoon. and then the manager said to me, "we'll take your deposit but we'll also give you your first mo's rent back minus any possbile cleaning/admin fees "- I was surprised and elated. This was an unsolicited remark, was not expecting this, but she made a clear statement about it. She said to come back in a few days. A week later and this same manager blew me off bigtime. Was really rude, acted like she had no memory of saying the above and what a dumb peon i was to even bother them w/the topic. Unbelievable! Like I said I wasn't expecting the offer they made and it would have been nice no doubt, but it was horrible the way they later acted like it never happened. I started to wonder maybe the money did come thru and it went to someone else. Bad experience!
