Decent apartments, but awful management staff

High tenant turnover most likely due to poor and unapproachable management staff. I have had difficult and tiresome issues with the management staff. Several residents I have spoken to have also been displeased with their dealings with the staff. Management does not care about resident complaints - giving a just deal with it type of attitude.
They also charge you for practically everything. Pool passes are $5 per resident (not a lot of money, but isnt that what part of the amenities fees are for') Clubhouse rental for a small, private party is $250 deposit PLUS $200 flat fee (when I moved in 1-1/2 years ago, there was no fee). They also will not hold packages for you at the office unless they are very small (i.e. DO NOT have people send packages to you here unless you can pick them up at the UPS or post office - how inconvenient!).
Parking, though, is nice since it has a large garage (free for one occupant, but $40/mo for an extra space).
Maintenance people I have encountered have been very nice and pleasant.
Apartments are new (about 1-2 years old) and is located in a decent area, but are very noisy between each apartment (especially vertically).
Overall, the nice garage and new apartments are not worth the headaches caused by noise and the management.
Unless the management staff changes, I would not recommend this place at all!
