Park Station Apartments

Sorry I renewed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Large rent increases every year. Management seemed good in the beginning but has deteriorated significantly. Taking out the trash is a huge hassle, and it's frequently piled up at the dumpsters. Garage needs to be more closely supervised -non-residents break the gates to get in and out. Promised Metro shuttle never materialized; that would make a huge difference. A loud beeping electrical alarm in a maintenance room adjacent to my bedroom goes off repeatedly and they can't seem to fix it. I am probably going to break my lease to get out of there.
