I have been living at Park Station for over two years, and have had nothing but a good experience since my first day. You can't compete with the pricing here, as it is very reasonable, and the positives far outweigh any rental unit i've stayed in thus far. To disspell any of the negativity, I will offer my experiences: the office staff is extremely helpful and understanding. Yes, morons may sometimes take your spot in the garage, but this is something that might happen in any assigned parking situation. it has happened to me countless times, and the leasing agents (I'm referring to Jay) are considerate enough to sacrifice their own spaces in the garage if this happens. the parking spaces are normal sized. if you are driving a monster truck, the spaces might look small, but my neighbor drives a Ford Expedition and my car has never come close to hitting hers. parking outside can be hard to find, but that's only if you're too lazy to walk the extra meter to spaces just outside of the complex, where there is always ample parking. the trash area is not always impeccable, but that isn't the property's fault. its the tenants who are too lazy to take the extra step and throw the trash INTO the dumpster. BUT, almost every time I'm there throwing away the trash, the groundskeeper is there, sweeping and maintaining the area perfectly. he is always a gentleman and actually takes the trash from me so that i wont have to go into the trash area. and yes, the trash compactor compacts. that is what it is there for. otherwise, the trash would just pile up in the dumpster and cause an even bigger mess.
