I don't understand the complaints about this complex. The front office people are great to work with and they're very friendly. I find the parking spaces to be more than adequate, considering we are in the DC area. At least it's garaged and covered; you can't say that about 95% of other complexes. I've been here for six months and regard this complex and the staff that run it to be top-notch and highly professional. I would recommend any potential residents to look everywhere else first and then Park Station. You'll see why I regard this place so highly.
