I have only lived here for a couple of months, but so far, I have really enjoyed it. Gaithersburg is a little farther from DC than I realized (I was moving from out of state), but I have had a good experience so far. The office staff, while not the most intelligent people, are very friendly and have things fixed really quickly. For apartments, they are very quiet, and parking isn't too bad, even though an extra permit is $50 a month. I feel very safe here and never worry about returning home at night. If you aren't commuting to DC, I would highly recommend it!
