I have been a resident of Park Station for two years. The best things I can remark about in is community are(workout room), the garage is a huge convenience and the gardens are well kept (if residents would stop throwing trash in them).

Though the staff initially come off as being nice, once you move in, a different story (except Jay and Michael).

I've had serious problems with the maintenance department as they for the most are not knowledgable on how to handle large problems (major flood of unit) and did nothing as to water extraction, whereas water poured into our units over 1.5 hours and they tried to convince me that there is not mold growing in the unit and behind the walls and carpet...sorry folks...wrong again...

I've concerns about the turnover and people moving in here...very loud, and crime in the area is escalating. The staff do not keep residents informed regarding crime on the property. It is a known fact that there are gangs just up the street on the other side of Summitt (apartment complexes). We used to have a police officer residing on premise (nice man) though not sure that was a real deterrent (sp')but he has moved out.

Yes, the trash disposal here is a huge problem and have witnessed large rats around the parking/grounds/and about the trash disposal area.

I live on the second floor of one of the buildings and you can hear persons outside of the unit walking in the common area all times of the day and night (conversations as well).

This apt. complex is one of the more attractive places to live in Gaithersburg, convenient to 270 and all, but Gaithersburg is turning into a h$ll hole as I've been a Maryland resident all my life and it is getting worse and dont see the good coming anytime to soon.

By the way, if you must consult with the landlord-tenant on issues regarding renting property in Gaithersburg, good luck. They are brain dead and will basically do everything possible to get you off the phone.
