It is so obvious that the positive feedback on here is left by the employees. ------, ----- you are not fooling anyone. The only way someone would write a good review is if they work for Dolben or are the people that everyone else is complaining about (most of which work for Park Station).

Not only are the management completely ignorant but this place is just not safe or sanitary to live in. A few years ago it was an Okay place to live but with the increase in stabbings, drugs, and who knows what else that we don t know about in the surrounding area I just don t like the thought of my wife walking to her car alone either in the garage or on the street. The illegal s are starting to use it as a cut through to get from the projects over to Russell ave.

As I mentioned before it is just not a sanitary place. If you report trash or broken glass to the maintenance maybe they will get to it in 6 weeks or so. There has been blood in the hallway for over two months and not just a drop or two.

If you are single and aren t afraid of a few criminals then this may be the place for you if you don t like clean places and don t mind your apartment falling apart (not to mention the ants). If you have a family and want to be able to sleep well at night, go somewhere else.

By the way the only reason the landscaping looks as good as it does is because they outsource it to another company. The ONLY selling point for this place is the garage.

I have been at Park Station for 2 years and I love living here. The new parking permit is a great idea, if you dont have one on your car then you dont belong in the garage. I came home once and someone was parked in my space, this new permit will eliminate the fact that other residents let friends into the garage. The staff, which has remained the same for several years now ( turn overs in leasing offices is usually high) has always been very friendly to me and my family. They know me by name and are always smiling and are very helpful and happy to assist in anyway they can.Location is great, close to everything and I think price is reasonable. There are no fees for the amenities !!!! You pay for what you get. If you want to pay less go live in the ghetto for $900 and see how you like bugs, no washer/dryer and no parking space.

First of all this is case and point. There are not fees for amenities because they suck, the equipment in the workout room is outdated. I'll tell you what it is close to; a bunch of illegals and the projects. As far as bugs go this place is infested. And for the staff, the only reason it has been the same for so long is because none of them could get a job anywhere else. They are the biggest problem with this place.

You know what? I agree with the guy in front of me. The management is HORRIBLE, an absolute nightmare. I wouldn't hire them to pick trash off the sidewalk. The parking permit means jack when your vehicle's tags or permit expire, and if you are a hard working busy person that sometimes can't get around to immediately switch your tags or whatnot, one day past, you WILL get towed. And not to mention you are NOT allowed to put up video surveillance in the event that your car gets vandalized/broken into! The neighbors with managements help had my roommates grandmothers car with handicapped tags towed while she came to bring groceries for thanks giving and was parked in our (my) parking spot for no longer than ten minutes, and still charged this senior citizen the full price! These people care only about the money, do not be naive and foolish to think they would so much as spit in your mouth if the saw you were dehydrated! What a joke, and unfortunately, it comes at the tenants expense! You seriously want the truth? This place is gorgeous on the outside, but not at night, as the original guy who posted stated, and definitely not after you've moved in. Still not convinced? Move in, and you will then know what we, who have lived there and DO NOT work for dolben or the Management office, know and are telling you here. You will also be able to tell with ease that every EVERY positive comment left here HAS IN FACT been left by Dolben and their affiliates.

This review is right about almost everything. The neighborhood isn't as bad as he like to make it sound, but the managment and facilities he is dead on about. And for parking, the permits don't mean ****. They havn't towed a single car since it started and people still break in.
