Park Station Apartments

Great Place 4 * From: dickyd101@yahoo.com Date posted: 2/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived here for about 1 year so far (2006-2007). I can tell you from my experiences that the area is awesome. I have hopped on the bus across the way and gone to the mall and ridden the train into union station DC. There are a lot of cool antique shops and unique restaurants up the street too and even a bar! Growlers is awesome, I walk up there when I get home from work and get some good food with friends on fridays, and the occassional drink. Maintenance here is good and usually you can rely on them for most things. Once I had a leak in my apartment underneath my dishwasher and they came out that day to fix it. It sucked that I had to deal with that but at least they took care of me. In terms of the apartment it is nice and the appliances are pretty new. My washer dryer is a godsend because its in my apartment! The old place i was at had me going to a lower level sharing it with other people (DONT LIVE SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY DO THIS). The space is good in the apartment and I have a huge closet. I also have some storage here that i rent out that is very cheap. The parking garage is nice now that there is a permit system in place because when i first moved here the system they had wasnt so great. The street parking gets tight at night but my friends just use my space or park up the street by the restaurants. I would def. recommend you check this place out if you want a good price for nice apartment in a decent location with a lot of cool stuff included in the rent.. The one downside to living at Park Station is that sometimes I get lonely because I'm so far away from DC i miss the city...Don't get me wrong there is stuff to do around here but depends on what you are looking for...check it out for yourself..
