It is not worth the hassle of moving in only to find out your dealing with very unprofessional people in the management office. I will not renew my lease nor would I recommend the place to potential tenants.

I think this is absolutely absurd. I am a resident and for an entire month, last year, notices were sent out warning if there was no permit in the vehicle, it would be towed. Of course you'd think everyone is incompetent if you got towed but then I guess you never got any of the notices that said the permit must be in the car if the car is in the garage.....go figure. I'll admit none of them are perfect but then is anyone? Crime statistics are not their job, if you think there is a problem with loiterers then call the Police Department. Get a GRIP.

Face the music! If its true be honest about it. Patnme495 is probably management. On here we the tenants speak our true feelings. We pay our hard earn cash and we expect the same from management.

I have lived here for past 5 years and your review seems to be pretty absurd. This is a wonderful, quite, cosy and friendly place. I really liked the parking sticker requirement, you never had to walk in -10F for 15 minutes to get to your apartment because somebody else parked in your spot. So after enough warning if they towed your car you cannot complain..

I have lived here for 3 years and before the permit thing I had several people park in my space. Since the new policy I have had no problem at all. Im sure if you came home and someone was in your spot youd be the first one to have the car towed. You seem to want it all. Get a town home!!!!
