I checked out a number of places in the area and this place actually had a parking garage and we got a free space. We like the mall (lakeforest) being so close and we are huge costco fans so thats sweet its near us. Anyway the prices aren't bad and they are kinda new with a lotta amenities. We use the gym every now and again but the best part is pool...usually its packed in the summer and we grill out there all of the time. If you are working class, single or couple...its a great place to live....The staff is pretty good and for the most part they do well... We moved in about 6 months ago and have had no real problems...Well thats my 2 cents...
