I'm getting ready to move out and I'm glad at least you had a good experience with the management staff. The only reason I'm glad I'm leaving is BECAUSE of the management and a certain rude staff member who appears to hate her job as much as she hates dealing with tenants.

Wow, this reponse seem kinda shocking to me. Sounds like you had a personality conflict with a staff member which happens in life sometimes but I am here to read about the apartments and how the neighbourhood is not how someone pissed you off.

Funny, if you're here to read about the apartments and the neighborhood, then why are you worried about someone else's different reaction to the management? Seems like you took it kind of personally for someone who's supposed to be objectively looking for a place to rent. I would think that the way management handles tenants is an important factor to you, especially since you'd have contact with them for the duration of your lease.
