Hi, I'm considering this apartment. How are the noise levels when inside of your apt' Can you hear above/below you, next to you' Is it bad' Hot water: enough of it for long showers' How much are utilities on average for a small 1BR'

I live in a 1 bedroom. Maybe this can help you out some. I am on the ground floor and i really don't hear much from my neighbors above me in terms of noise. I also take showers probably about 10 mins and seem to get enough hot water. My utils are like about $60 for gas $40 for electric and $13 for water. I'd say it averages from $90-135$ per mos round about. Anyway I do have the larger one bedroom here, unsure how much the utils would be in the smaller one, have to check with them. I've been here about a year and so far so good

I've been at these apartments for a little over 3 years and the noise from above is unbearable. The above poster must not have anyone living in the unit above, because no matter how many people have moved in above me it just gets worse and worse. I've had 3 different families above me and none were considerate. And if you're not a fan of dog poop, then this is not the place for you. The grounds are usually covered in #@#$

I lived there two years shortly after it was built -- I was the first in the apartment. Noise above is terrible. I could hear people walking. Both creaky floor and thumps from footfalls. Pray that you don't get someone with a treadmill above like I had. Terrible! Side to side noise is a little better, but still noticable. The parking garage is a pain in the ass. Nice that it keeps snow/ice off your car, but it gets rather tiring circling up/down all the time. Major plus is that the former Summit Station now Growlers is a block away.
