I lived in Park Station for a little over a year. I had a good experience all around. The staff was very nice to me. I had packages delivered every week and they took it in for me when I wasn't home and never complained about getting so many packages.

The noise level was very low. Repairs would get done the same day that I requested them. I found the staff to be very accomodating and courteous. They generally tried to address all of my concerns and helped me out whenever I needed it. I only moved because I didn't have my dog anymore and found a cheaper place to live.

Give them a chance and they're not bad at all. Some people who write reviews here are extremely nit-picky and want everything to be PERFECT and that's just not possible when you live in an apartment setting with hundreds of other people. If that's what you want, then buy a house! So naturally the people who like to fuss over petty issues will have bad things to say but overall, I think this place is a great place to live and I've lived in a lot of apartments!
