I am a former resident of park station, and I urge all comers to heed my warning and stay away.
Yes, the property looks very well kept and maintained, but this is only a facade that is rotten inside.
The management staff will literally do whatever it takes to get you in, (we had a woman with a -------------- who works there aggressively flirt with one of my roommates and I to try and get us in) and once you've signed the lease, your ignored AT BEST.
All maintenance calls go unanswered, unless you talk to the maintenance guys yourself, and they are good people.
If not ignored by management, your communication with them will be in the form of menacing letters they will send you.
Neighbors LOVE to play the "Car-tow" game, so if you happen to be unaware that there is assigned parking, or have expired tags YOU WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. The trash room can be a mile away from your house, depending on your location, and is very inconvenient. Neighbors also LOVE to peer into your windows, and play the Snitching game well enough that you would think it was Communist Russia under Stalin. We received a noise complaint during MOVING IN (!!!) which they were unwilling to overlook (!!!), and another noise complaint due to the fact that the kids (!!!) who lived in the apartment in front of us had a history of noise complaints, and we happened to have a birthday party celebration in the same night.
Finally, we were sent a letter less than two months to the end of our lease notifying us that we were being basically evicted at the end of our lease term, with no word of why and no option to appeal. (Not that we'd want to, but another month or so to plan the move out would be courteous). And to add insult to injury, they are trying to charge us with "damages" done to the apartment when it was left in more than fair condition. Clearly, stay away from this place. These people are heartless bastards who dont respect their tenants and should not be given the chance to pray on another innocent victim.
