I have been at Park Station a little over 3 years. I have not had any problems whatsoever. My stay has been very enjoyable and if I ever have to come back to Gaithersburg, I certainly would come back to Park Station. I have no comment on the other reviews and can only relate my personal experiences. I found the management staff to be very friendly and courteous and not just when they were on duty. If I saw them around the complex when they were getting off work, they would always smile and wave. When I would go into the office to pay my rent, they would chat with me a bit and not just take my money and usher me out the door. I found my apartment to be in excellent condition when I moved in. Last year when someone hit a gas line with the car and there was a gas leak; management immediately took all the necessary precautions for the safely of the residents and at the same time addressed the issues in a professional manner with the person that had the accident. Everyone has their opinions and issues; it is a large complex and it is MY opinion that management does an excellent job. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at Park Station and have recommended it to others. Best Wishes!
