Let's face it, the DC area isn't home to the friendliest folks and anyone who has burden of living here for a set period of time doesn't have the luxery of dropping $400k on 900 sq. ft McMansion townhome stacked on top of the other idiots who can't figure out a way to get out of this nightmere of a town. So this is where park station comes in, looks ok. Kind of affordable, just overlook the illegals, the crap town, the illegals, the overflowing garbage cans, the illegals, the ignorant neighbors who use their balconies as garbage dumps and bathroom for their pets, the illegals and did I mention the illegals'

I don't know if you can find something better in Gaithersburg, probably not. It is what it is and it is crap. If you've got a thick skin, go ahead and move in. I would hardly recommend it, but its no better or no worse than the alternatives.

I sort of fell upon this while searching reviews and I have to say that your (original poster) main problem is probably your blatantly racist attitude. I'm sure that will exacerbate any problems you already have with the neighborhood in which you live. Labeling something as "ghetto gangsta" is a good example of how misguided you are about the world around you. Bigots are never satisfied with anything because they are not satisfied with themselves. My deepest sympathies.
