Just for grins, I'm writing a review for Park Station. I am actually a resident here rather than an employee. I noticed that there are a bunch of skeptics and cynics around here, but you people are horribly exaggerating the conditions here. It's certainly not the greatest place in the world to live, but it's not nearly as bad as some people are making it out to be. People are talking about vehicle break-ins. Well, perhaps you should use common sense. It's not like the garage is exactly a secure area. There's plenty of pedestrian traffic through there as well. Don't leave valuables in plain sight and perhaps you won't be a target. There are also some less desirable elements here in downtown Gaithersburg, so don't act naively. I would agree that they need cameras in the parking area, it would probably help. I would also agree that they should probably screen residents a bit more thoroughly, and there could be better logistical planning. How about putting couples with newborns in an end unit' It would minimize the crying baby noise. I also have to admit that the walls here are thicker than in other apartments I've lived in. We've been here for a little under a year and haven't had any issues with management as so many people seem to have had previously. They're fairly nice and quick to handle everything. Maintenance is a couple of steps above management in the service arena. They're all nice and get things taken care of quickly. Sometimes it isn't pretty, but they get things functional again. Another person mentioned stabbings and drugs. WTF are you talking about' I haven't once had an encounter or heard of any such goings on around here. A couple of blocks away, perhaps, but not directly on Park Station property. The common areas tend to get messy, I did see a broken beer bottle one recent Sunday morning; though it all gets cleaned up in a reasonable time.

If there's anything else I failed to address, I'll say this: you don't live in Darfur or Iraq, so grow a thicker skin and quit your whining. You sound like babies.

its obvious that the cynical_cynic never lived anywhere nicer before. maybe cynical, you should get to know your neighbors better because the cars being messed up in the garaged happened between 2nd floor to the very top floor. I just finished talking to the Montgomery county police dept. about this very problem. July 4th,2008 they broke into 6 cars in the gargage and the last time i checked all the cars were locked. the just cut the trunk cable on the vehicles
