It's about convenience ...

I have rented apartments in different cities in different states for over 15 years. I have never found an apartment in my price range that has been "perfect". We lived at Park Station for almost 3 years. I feel that Park Station provides a good place to live for the money. You could spend twice the money on rent on a "higher end" apartment in the same general area and not get any more sq footage or amenities. What we liked about Park Station: Convenient to the MARC station (you can walk to it in 5 minutes), Lake Forest Mall, H-Mart, Trader Joe's, Washingtonian Center, Rockville Town Center, Gaithersburg Water Park, Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, the swimming pool was nice on hot summer days, it's a very pet friendly place, the parking garage was nice to have in bad weather, ample storage, most neighbors were very friendly, I could go on. What we didn't like about Park Station: a few neighbors we inconsiderate to the rest of us, but you know what' they didn't stay there very long. I believe that kind of thing is sometimes unavoidable in larger apartment communities like this. Overall it was a good experience for us. Compared to other apartment complexes in the general area it was pretty nice. Living there also allowed us to save $$$ so we could buy a house.
