Way too expensive From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/8/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   I lived here for two years - when I moved in, the rent was on the high side, but a year ago, they justified a ridiculous rent increase with the installation of a black gate around the property. The rent skyrocketed. But here's the thing...the gate entry mechanism rarely works! In fact, one night, it wasn't letting anyone (including residents) into the complex. That was absolutely outrageous, and since it was after hours, nothing could be done about it. The office staff is sometimes rude. Noise can be a problem here, but this is the case with ALL apartment complexes- The complex is relatively convenient to metro and roads, but the rent is absurdly high--and increasing. Recycling is a joke. There seem to be no guidelines, and I have seen everything--trash and recycling, going into the same place. We had ants toward the end of our stay-
