so far, so good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I moved in a week ago. I looked a the apartment on a Thusday, signed the lease on Saturday and moved in. I have had nothing but good experiences so far. There are a couple of county police living here. Parking is easy so far and if it starts to tighten up, then I can always reserve a spot for a fee. I turned my inspection slip in and the items noted that could be fixed easily, where that same day. Sure, it is not the best in class, but it is far from the worst. For Gaithersburg, it is priced fairly. I could have paid 300 more a month for a brand new apartment in Germantown that was real nice. However, for the money and the additional drive time to work, it just didn't seem to compare well to Saybrooke. I look at a number of apartments in Gaithersburg and this one had the best value for the money. I check back again in 11 months and let you know if I'm signing up again.
