Beware Of Management From: uptilnow04@yahoo.com Date posted: 7/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I have rented an Apt at Saybrooke on two different occasions, Dec 04-Jan 06 and Oct 06-May 07. My first stay there was wonderful. Office staff did change often but all and all it ran pretty good. Once I moved back in Oct 06 everything was fine until my heating system did not work correctly. I put in four work orders and it never got fix to my satisfaction. On one occasion the office manager told me that she would call me about my work order and I never received a call. Management's credibility was gone after that. I finally seen managements true colors after management signed for a expensive package that they had no ideal where it was located. I heard from Management was "We are not responsible for what we sign for". "Just because we signed for it does not mean that we have the package". Boy Management was trying to back paddling out of their responsibility of taking care of packages that they sign for. Management eventually did find the package...They wrote the wrong apt number on the package. Before my lease was up I never received a call from Management telling me this...I had to go to them myself and was told honestly that my rent was going from $900 to $1100 hundred a month. After discussions Management did remember that by law they needed to give me at least two months notice before they could raise my rent. By the way the was $1100 for a one bed room. So those who plan on moving here it is a nice place with a great school district but just beware of management!!!
