I have lived at Saybrooke for 5 years and this persons view in really jaded. I have never had any issues with Miantenance they typically respond within 24 hours to any issues regardless of how small. Also the fact that the office takes our parcels is a courtesy, it is better to have them safe at the rental office than for them to be left outside our front doors. The office is not only open on the weekends it is open on major holidays including Sundays from 1 to 4. As far as the rental increase, I received the same increase around $100 and after speaking to the Manager, based on payment history she was able to reduce my amount of my increase. I would highly reccomend Saybrooke Apartments to anyone who is looking for a safe, friendly, family environment.

This review is highly suspect and just shows preferential treatment. It also shows the subjective nature of rental increases. The rental manager is rude to even the residents that have lived here for five years. Please also note that apartment responds typically within 24 hours might be true for some selective residents. It took me two years to get my apartments five year plus old carpet replaced and that too for only the living and dining room. It took more than six months to get cracked tiles replaced in the bathrooms. The toilet flush tanks were always wasting water and needed to be repaired every few weeks. There were a number of thefts reported during last year. I left the apartment last year and still waiting for the refund of my security deposit.

I have never had any issues with this community and have seen great improvement since the management staff has changed about 3 years ago. They have always been helpful, kind and courteous to myself and my neighbors and I have heard nothing but good things. They have improved the community, they have gotten rid of the bad element and have made it more of a community of neighbors and friend that just an apartment complex. They even have gatherings for the residents which is somehting that proevious management had never done. As far as the security deposit on your former apartment goes, have you even contacted the rental office to find out about the deposit or maybe you had charges for items that needed cleaning or repair??? Something to think about.
