Spring Ridge is the nastiest place I have ever lived. The place is invested with rats, roach and fleas. When you first move in, the staff is really nice and they ll lie to you, saying there are no roaches. But, after I lived there for one month, the roaches started coming. After the roaches came the rats. Oh, my Lord, the rats are nasty. We caught and killed over fifteen rats. The bathrooms are nasty. There is always something broken or leaking in them. The neighborhood is a dump. Outside our building was always a gang of kids just sitting around loitering. There are too many people living to an apartment. Our downstairs neighbor (all 22 of them) always blasted Spanish music day and night. Management is a waste. Darby, the lease agent, is a total idiot. She is a complete ditz and should be fired immediately! She remembers nothing. She is totally rude and she just doesn t fit into the environment. It s a shame the apartment communities like Spring Ridge exist for poor people. Its sad that because we need affordable housing (if $1,185 per month is affordable) that our children should have live with rat droppings, roaches and Darby.

I am sorry your living experience was not so pleasant at Spring Ridge. No one should have to live with roaches, mice, and Darby (property manager) I wish that there was something I could say however, at this point that seems a little too late. If there is a chance to rectify these issues please feel free to schedule a meeting.
