Yes, the previous review are right: I have lived here for two years and it only took a week after move-in for the roaches to pop out in huge numbers. We had to do a lot to control the numbers like get roah glue and call the terminator every other week for months, even if our apartment is super tidy!
Parking is terrible if you arrive after 6pm and even worse if you come at night, and there is a LOT of noise and gangs/--------- simply hanging out at all times of the day yelling, honking horns,playing loud music.
The water often is simply cut off without warning and I was late for work three times because of that!
Lanudry is too expansive here and I am forced to wash elsewjere.
The bathrooms are old and extra small...If you want a quiet, clean aprtment living, I would suggest you take your time and look elsewhere.
