This place is really ghetto. The apartments are filled with like 15 hispanic men and there are even prostitutes that live here!!! The parking is sooo bad, there are never parking spaces. The pool is cool though. It costs too much for the overload of roaches, old playground equipment, no washer and dryer inside, and thin walls. I know when the people above me do everything!! From watching TV to having sex. Please, there are MANY places in the area that are MUCH better!! For the same price or like $50 more per month. It's worth it!

The good thing is the playing field for the kids. When it's mowed, it's a nice addition. And it's close to the schools. But in my opinion it's not a safe place to let your kids play without you being RIGHT there!! remember, imported illegals living 15 to an apartment!

The assiatant manager can be really nice or a B. Maintenace is nice but not always adequate.
