When I came to review this site, I was surprised that the last review of any kind was in 2007. This place is absolutely AWFUL. The only amenity offered is a pool during the summer months, so the rest of the year you are paying for poor response if any from management and a more like 24 day (if your lucky) service guarantee NOT the 24 hours they advertise. One weekend our property's service line was rerouted to a property in PG County and no one could help us with no heat in winter!

The property is infested with roaches and rats for which the management will provide you with sticky traps and a pat on the back while you wait for the exterminator who is never notified that you needed his services. Corporate customer service believes whatever the manager tells them so there is little you can do but complain to the city of Gaithersburg.

Unless you want to sublet to the rats and roaches, your hard earned money is best spent elsewhere.
