The Verandahs

You'll never get a call back! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have been living at the Verandahs for almost a year now. At first it was quite nice but the office is just not with it! Everytime I call whether it be a maintenance request or any other issue, if they answer they are very short and rude and if I leave a message they always claim they never got it. Whats the point of having voice mail if you "never"get the messages' Don't be late on your rent either. No matter what your issue, they are not understanding and will charge you everything they can by law! The apartments themsleves are great! Very spacious, nicely laid out, a little old but all in all pretty nice. I thnink the office staff just needs a little fine tunning.
