Nice place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/26/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Its a good place, with avg Gaithersburg prices. If you have a dog this is the place for you, every day at 6pm its dog happy hour when people get home from work. Mang is very good, friendly with fast responses to problems. Parking is tight after 9pm. Best apartments are Lofts but you will have to climb some stairs. We have a fireplace which is a nice touch, and the appliances are good. Only problem we have is our above neighbor who likes to thump his feet as he walks around...seemingly 24 hours a day.
