unsafe From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I live next door to an apartment where crystal meth is made and sold. The tenants of this neighbor are extremely loud at all hours of the night, and have physical fights out in the hallway. They bang on my adjoining wall, and sleep in the hallway while intoxicated and making vulgar comments. They have spraypainted the outside of their apt door, and management has done nothing even though they've been notified. Police have been called several times, and the management has been made aware of the problem, but they allow them to continue to be tenants.
