I have lived at Watkins Station for 1 year my lease is up at the end of March. I will definetely be renewing my lease for another year. It's been a very pleasant year, maintenance has been prompt with my maintenance request. The office staff have always been helpful and I love my apartment and the neighborhood. I have read the other ratings and my personal opinion is that this place is great. Check it out for yourself and make your own informed dicision, don't let those negative ratings discourage you.
