I currently live at Avalon Knoll. This company is the worst apt. complex that I have lived in. They towed my vehicle after my tags were expired for a week. When we moved in, the carpet smelled like cat urine and had spots all over it. The counter tops were all cut up and the faucets were on backwards. The plumbing didn't work properly which caused our water bills to be extremely high. The maintenance personel can't speak english,so we can hardly understand them. The vents are on the ceiling which means that during the winter heat rises ,so you apt remains cold no matter how high you turn up the heat. We have to turn our heat up very high just to be able to where t-shirts. We've had energy bills in excess of 200 dollars for an 1200 square ft. apt. Oh, and I didn't even tell you the good part, we pay almost $1200/mth to live in this complex.
Recommend this Apt. complex' I think not. We're moving as soon as possible.
