This complex used to be nicer than it is today. Which is why I moved in when I did, however I would not move in today. The quality of people that have started to move into the complex is going down hill. I used to feel safe in the complex but no longer feel so. This is not to mention the day when I walked out of my apartment complex to find 8-10 police officers, both country and Sheriff, coming over the hill, not a settling feeling to see that many officers in your complex as they are trying to track someone down in the area.

Also the people in the complex have no consideration for their neighbors. I have had a pair of snow boots stolen from outside of my front door, and since there is controlled access into the building I know it is someone in the building not just some random person going through the complex and they have not come forward to return the boots. They also don't have any care in the world as to how loud and how late they blast their stereos, which isn't helped any by the paper thin walls and floors.

The rent rates are ridiculous for the space that you get and the appliances in the very small kitchen are very old and don't function very well. The apartments are not well insulated so you can easily hear your neighbors from above, below and beside you. Also the ventilation system is a joke. They have one heating duct for the whole apartment and the vents are on the ceiling so you do not get warm in the winter.
