When we moved in, the carpet smelled like cat urine and had spots all over it.

The maintenance personnel cannot speak English, so we can hardly understand them.

The rent rates are ridiculous for the space that you get and the appliances in the very small kitchen are very old and do not function very well.

The hallways smell (mainly of oldness). The cabinets are in bore quality--pieces chipping, smell of mildew, noisy.

Appliances and structures falling apart. Maintenance not done in timely way.
Management cannot keep a schedule, lies just to sell the product, and then ignores you when you complain.
If you respect yourself, do not rent here. I cannot wait to move.
Management did not allow me to see apartment before I moved in (it wasn?t in their companies policy, that?s why they show the model, was their answer), do not fall into the trap!!!
I would never rent there if I were able to see the apartment that I was assigned.
