I've had a couple of problems with this community. Majority of the time when you call the rental office you get their voicemail and never get a call back. Then on weekends people place their beer bottles in the street. The main door to the building swells due to the rain which makes it difficult to get in. Which even on a normal day the key only works half the time. They send a letter out telling you about a man that was found on the grounds doing suspicious activity yet it's not well lighted. I can't wait for my lease to be up.
