I don't even live at this community as I was surfing the reviews for random places, but felt necessary to respond to this bogus charge...
If you sign a lease for ANY property in this country and receive two months of free rent, it is *CLEARLY* outlined in your LEGAL AGREEMENT that the free months are void if you do NOT complete the lease term.
Do you HONESTLY think you'd be allowed to live in a place for FREE for two months, then break the lease and move out without paying a dime in rent'
Come on, people...get your head screwed on straight and try reading your LEGAL CONTRACT before signing it next time.
Insane, I swear LOL.
