A few years back this place was rather nice and safe. Lately, there has been a series of car breakings, car thefts, and even an armed robbery. The management company is slow to react to this incidents. All they do is send-out notices to residents when the police is involved (which is happening more frequently now). I have asked if they were planning to hire some security patrols, but was told that there is no such intentions. So, if you were thinking about this property... better think twice. The sad part is that the management could do so much more to improve the safety of the community, but I guess that is not a priority.
