I have lived in Avalon Knoll since 2002. It was nice during my stay but when they are ready for you to go at any given time you WILL and CAN be just about set on the street. I have paid my rent on time and have not had any problems but out of the blue the Leasing Agent or Manager (I won't say names) is asking me to leave for no apparent reason. So if you are looking for a comfortable and secure environment you won't find that here so my advice is to drive, walk or keep it moving from AVALON KNOLL.
