When I first moved in to these apartments, they were great. Nice landscaping, convenient location, aging but decent apartment with applicances. Lately, however, crime seems to have increased, and the management has let the landscaping and maintenance slip to the point that can encourage this crime. All in all, it is one of the better places in Germantown, but you can do much better, such as one of The Elms apartment locations.
