I have read the other posts here. Management was very honest with me when I moved in. Yes, the appliances are older but they work well. I do not know of any apartment community that replaces appliances when each new tenant moves in.

My apartment was very clean when I moved in and the management team is very professional. This is an urban area. Crime will occur anywhere you live but everyone I have seen are just hardworking people just trying to make a living.

I like my apartment and the community.
