If you live on the first floor be prepared to listen to your upstairs neighbor do everything from cooking, taking a shower, and running after the dog. The appliances are old and insulation is bad, expect your electric to be a little higher than if you had a newer dryer and better insulation. The management has not been a problem, they didint' lie and work with me to the best of their ability. I haven't had a rodent/roach problem the entire year here. Teh neighborhood is friendly but as any place has a few looney tunes.
