do not move here the maint is bad all windows leak they are origanal mine leak water i am always wiping water and mold. when we moved in they looked suspicious fresh paint but alot of caulking and bubbling the rental ladie asherd me they dont leak well 4 months into our lease they leak and are drafty our electric bill is outragous the heat runs constantly and a/c is worse i have been complaining but no results they say its codensation but thats not supposto happen with inulated widows i am a carpenter who works for property managrs around this aera with them first sign of condensating between the panes of glass we replace them . they talk to me like i dont know what im talking about for almost 1400 amonth i shoudent have to tape and plastic them . one month after move in the hallway ceiling started to collapse it took many phone calls and threats to get someone to fix it but thay still havent put the lite back up . they say theres a water leak and cant hummmm'' county wont do any thing and landlond teanant affairs is useless so if you value your money and safty do not move here they have no problem lieing to you and the seal for the oven was missing almost caught cabnits on fire maint came to look said its ok threatend to call fire dept then aweek and half later they replaced with used one. one burner dosent work these people are losers i cant wait to get out anywhere but here
