I have lived here for two years and I can't wait until I leave! The noise is terrible! I can hear my neighbor above, below, and on either side talking and there sound system blaring. I have had to call the police for people screaming outside my window at all hours of the night. There have been several nights I have only slept on and off a few hours, due to neighbors yelling and slamming the doors all night! I don't think the staff takes the noise problem seriously; they should spend one night in my apartment, and then get up at 5am to work a 16 hour shift! Also one of my previous neighbor's dog would bark all night for an entire year and a half. I had to consistently go to the office and tell them about it, they never did anything, other than let them know there was a neighbor complaining, which only compounded the problem, because I then had to deal with the barking AND and angry neighbor. The lady moved, but it was NOT because they MADE her move.
If you can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke, DON'T MOVE HERE!!! The smell comes through all the vents and saturates your clothing. I have had packages stolen from my front door also, so from now on I have to send items to my work so I get them. They also have poor insulation; you can feel the cold come through the windows and doors. I have to run my heat bill up just to stay warm in the winter. I'm counting down the days until I move!
