Hello everyone,
a friend of mine asked me to get views of current or former residents of this community. He is moving from PA for a job and searched the intenet, contacted the office and is under the impression that they are not telling him everything. Could you guys put in some advise off all kinds. He is a married man and wanted to feel safe and sure he is getting what he is paying for. His English is limited a bit. Thank you all

As a former resident I would not recommend this complex. The office staff is flighty and unhelpful. Don't even think of trying to get anything repaired. The apartment it self was alright, but overall I would say it's not worth the money.

honestly, run the other way. to say the least, when the police came because of construction workers trespassing in our apartment, they question why they would hire people that they would need to warn their tennents about. if you do like squirrels in your ceiling and bouncy floors though, you ought to check it out.

HELLO TO ALL.....PLEASE CALL THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING CODE ENFORCEMENT AT (240) 777-3785. I LIVE AT ROLLING HILLS APARTMENTS AND THEY ARE EVEN WORSE. BELIEVE ME, JUST CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS WHERE I AM LOCATED. PLEASE TELL ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS TO CALL THAT NUMBER. FINALLY AND HOPEFULLY, I AM GOING TO GET THE HELP I HAVE BEEN WORKING SO HARD FOR. THE HOUSING CODE ENFORCEMENT WILL CONDUCT AN INSPECTION AS OF JULY 2006 INSTEAD OF NOVEMBER 2007, BECAUSE OF MY EMAIL TO THEM AND 3 EXISTING OPEN CASES....OK! THERE IS HOPE AND HELP.
