I have lived here for almost two years now and until recently really liked it. However, now the complex is under major construction and there is a ton of noice, workers in and out of the apartment and on the balconies. It is going to be like this all summer and then they are making everyone move at the end of their leasing term to work on the inside of the apartment. Not only that, the bedroom windows were repalced, but not properly and it now rains inside the apartment. I have complained several times only to be told I was on a long list. Do yourself a favor, stay away from here.

ATTENTION TO ALL: PLEASE CALL THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING CODE ENFORCEMENT AT (240) 777-3785....RIGHT NOW! THEY WILL HELP YOU WITH ALL UNRESOLVED ISSUE COMPLAINTS. TELL ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS. I LIVE AT ROLLING HILLS APARTMENTS AND THEY ARE JUST AS WORSE....OK!

DUE TO MY EMAIL TO THEM AND 3 EXISTING OPEN CASES, THIER OFFICE WILL CONDUCT AN INSPECTION AS OF JULY 2006 INSTEAD OF NOVEMBER 2007. WITH THE HELP OF EVERYONE, I AM TRYING VERY HARD TO LET MY COMMUNITY KNOW EVERYTHING. I TYPE AND POSTED MY OWN LETTER TO ALL 39 BUILDINGS.

REMEMBER TO PLEASE CALL FOR HELP....NOW!
BEST WISHES TO EVERYONE THERE AND BE BLESS.

Yes, I had the window problem too. All summer long I had 1/2 installed windows and a sliding door that was not installed correctly. It took three months until they did anything - and when they did it was only after I sent them a legal threat citing Maryland Rental Laws. The day after I sent that, they sent notices to my whole building saying that the contractors would return to finish the work, which they did. It is sad that an apartment community owned by a corporation needed a serious legal threat just to complete the installation of windows, a maintenence that was not requested or required in the first place!
