We live on the second floor. You can hear the people above and next to us having sex. The guy downstairs has two girls and at 12 at night you could hear them fighting.
I have a had a dead squirrel in our ceiling for 2 weeks and they didn't know what it was, and then when they got it out they patched the holes but haven't been to paint.
I called yesterday because we have a water bubble and they still haven't been here to even look at it!!
I didn't mind this place because it seems safe but some of the people in the office are rude!! And it seems like they are never there! Most of the time I go up there they are always closed.
