Im not sure why everyone hates this place so much I had great timely maintenance service, all employees i have ever met are very friendly too. The apartments are the biggest in the area for the price with an open floor plan and huge glass sliding doors!
We did however have an ant problem but the fact that we have small children hiding food didnt help that. I feel very safe and cozy here, we are moving but if i came back i would move here again!

"largest in the area??" Are you joking? Did you look at other apartments? Just do a quick google search, the square footage at Canterbury is lower than almost any other in Germantown. And yes, I had ants too - and I have no small children leaving food around, I just had a tiny hole in the wall (which they never fixed after repeated requests) that I eventually duck taped. Plus how do you like all of the unrequested maintence and the legal threats? Wow you're a very patient person..
