I've lived here since February and for every maintenance issue, I have to call at least 3 times for them to come fix things. On top of that, our parking lot lights don't ever work and instead of replacing the wiring, so I don't have to call everyday, they want me to call and let them know they are out. I don't get paid to do their job for them. The people are rude. I've been wondering for the longest time about why I have to pay rent on time and they don't have to maintain the place. I figured all apartments were going to have horrible service, but they are by far the worst. Oh, and their satisfaction guaranteed BS, don't believe it. They claim that they will prorate your rent if you wait for a maintenance request to be fulfilled for more than 48 hours, don't hold your breath or you might die. I've brought that up to them so many times and they claim that my issues aren't classified under their agreement, but they are. I've spoken to the district manager, property manager, and every employee they have and got no where. More power to you if you can. I don't really have a problem with noise, but the parking is ridiculous. When it snows, people are too retarded to shovel the snow into the grass, instead they put it into other parking spots and you don't have anywhere to park. Trust me STAY AWAY!!! I forgot to mention that they caulk around my windows needs to be redone because bugs are coming in from them, but I don't bother wasting my time to call because the maintenance people claim that there is never anything wrong or they do quick fixes. I personally don't want somebody in my apartment constantly with nobody being home.
