I forgot to turn off my Allegany Power account when i moved out of the appartment. Alex from the team helped me out to resolve this issue. I will treat my stay in Canterbury as excellent. The only reason i had to move out was because i had to be near my new office and avoid the commute

Alex is the only competant employee at the Canterbury, so I am not surprised. He should be running the place, not Eugenia.
